§1 General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of using the Let’s be ASSERTIVE! online store, hereinafter referred to as the “Store”, available at www.letsbeassertive.com.
2. The Store is owned by CONNECT Agnieszka Bożek, registered at Janowice 396, 32-020 Wieliczka, NIP: 6461207825, REGON: 278131933.
3. The Store offers digital products such as ebooks, courses, webinars, and other digital content.
4. Customers of the Store may include individuals, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

§2 Offer and Orders

1. All products offered in the Store are digital and are available for download or delivered electronically after payment is completed.
2. The Store reserves the right to change product prices, run promotions, and withdraw products from the offer.
3. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
4. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation has been received.

§3 Payments

1. Payments can be made via:
   • Przelewy24 payment gateway
   • Traditional bank transfer
2. In the case of a traditional transfer, the Customer is required to make the payment within 10 days of placing the order. After this time, the order may be canceled.
3. Bank transfer details will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer during the order process.

§4 Order Fulfillment

1. After payment is received, digital products will be available for download or delivered to the Customer’s email address.
2. The Customer will receive an order confirmation and a download link via email.
3. In case of any issues accessing the purchased product, the Customer should contact the Store immediately.

§5 Complaints and Refunds

1. Due to the nature of digital products, the Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract once the purchase is completed and the product is delivered.
2. Complaints regarding the functioning of the Store or purchased products should be sent to: agnieszka@letsbeassertive.com.
3. The Store undertakes to review the complaint within 7 days of receipt and inform the Customer about the next steps.

§6 Personal Data Protection

1. The administrator of Customer personal data is CONNECT Agnieszka Bożek.
2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and communicating with the Customer.
3. Details about personal data processing can be found in the Store’s Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.

§7 Final Provisions

1. The Store reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. Changes come into effect upon publication on the Store’s website.
2. Any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to Polish law.
3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Store shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Store owner’s registered office.
